Why would I need counseling?
Life is not easy, and we often need support. We are created for human connection and we need one another. Very often friends or parents don’t really know how to help us and we end up feeling alone with our feelings and emotions. They also have their own thoughts and ideas that can interfere with our own internal process and it gets even more complicated to talk to them than just keep it for us. Sometimes, we don’t even know what we want or how we actually feel. By understanding our emotions, we can take better decisions and use opportunities that come up in our life so we can grow and develop.
